DAY 1 SUNDAY 1 OF APRIL OF 2012
At campsite, a fabolous dinner waiting and after that, acomodation, meeting with all the leders ( Sirpa and Sanna ) and finally go to bed.
We recived a fabolous gift from finland friends: a traditional shoes.
DAY 2 MONDAY 2 OF APRIL OF 2012
We woke up and had breakfast and then we went out to play some winter games. We made a lot of snow angels, it was really fun. Later we did snow slide. Then we ate and meet each other a little bit more.
Then we ate Again. Later on we went to sauna and it was hot but lovely. We also went to swim to the lake, which was frozen and really cold. Showers didn't work all the time and the water was cold but we survived. Almost everyone of spanish went to swim and some of the finns too.
After the sauna we all met in the 'living room' and we played games with Finns and it was great. We ate snack and then there was free time. At the 01.00 it was 'quiet' and everyone was sleeping.
The network connection is really slow so we are going to publish some photos later. We all miss you, Kisses for everyone =D
DAY 3 TUESDAY 3th OF APRIL 2012
We woke up at 8:00 and ate breakfast. We watched Finnish movie called ”Lapland Odyssey”. Spanish and Finnish people liked the movie. It was good that there were subtitles in English. When the movie finished we evaluated it by making ”living statues”.
The lunch was at 12:30 and we ate salmon soup, a good salmon soup! After the lunch we went to the lake and formed two groups: first group went to ski and the second group went to fishing. Around 14:00 we all ate pancakes (cooked dessert ) with strawberry jam. After eating the groups changed their tasks: ski-group went to fishing and fishing-group went to ski. The Spanish people catched several fishes.
At 17:00 when we finished the activities we ate the dinner. After the dinner we went to sauna and some girls and boys swam in the lake (avanto). Some Finnish boys threw a pail of water in sauna on the oven (this action was called a Kamehamehaa) and the temperature rose to painful level.
After the sauna we ate the snacks. Toyday the snack was typical Finnish food. Night movie was ”EL ORFANATO” and most of the people were scared.
DAY 4 WEDNESDAY 4th OF APRIL 2012
After that, we take the bus and go to the University of Technology of Lappeenranta and can now how its works. We record a video to the lib up too.
Then, we go to a sport center where we can skate on ice and the finland people show to us how is do it. Then a relax in a sauna and funny jumps in the swiming pool.
Before have dinner, we have a meeting wiht menbers of the youth parlament of Lappeeranta to talk about young unemployed in Spain and in Finland.
Finally, returns to Campsite for celebrate the Happy Birthday of Joseph, with a surprise presents includes.
DAY 5 THURSDAY 5th OF APRIL 2012
Today was the music day. We started the journey by presenting the planning and developing a feedback. During the morning we watched a Finish film about a rock band: "Pitkä kuuma kesä". In general, all the people in the "Red Carpet" enjoyed the film a lot.
After lunch, we had time to listen to Finish and Spanish music, and we played our own "Eurovision" with all the songs we could play during this afternoon. The Spanish winning song was "A quién le importa" (Alaska), and the Finish song that won is played by Avain.
After our "Eurovision" activity, whe could enjoy a while of spare time with our friends. The majority of the participants went to play in the snow. Too much fun!
Dinner was at 17,00 and, after that, we watched the second Spanish film of the week: "También la lluvia". It was a lovely night. And at the end of the day we could continue talking and playing with our friends till the hour of going to bed... See you tomorrow!
DAY 6 FRIDAY 6th OF APRIL 2012
Todays is the day of cooking. We woke up at eight o'clock and after that we watched a film called "Tyttö sinä olet tähti". All the people liked the movie.
We made groups and then started to talk abaut the movie. In the movie to girls from a religion comunity with a lot of rules go out to the city and discover the world. At finally, for one the world only have a dark side. The other girl came to protect her friend and discovered that she liked the world outside the community.
After the movie we went ate the lunch and went outside to play Finnish games like Polttopallo and Peili. When the others played games Siiri went to hiding. The other people had to find her's hiding place and stay there.
All of us started to make food when we came inside. We did Carelian Pasties (Finnish food), torrijas (typical food from festivity of semana santa) and decorated easter eggs.
After that, have dinner and sauna, whit avanto and rolling avanto. Finally we saw a film "The beaty and the bastard". The great moment was when we put a video to Simo, given to him thanks for all, and the spanish girls did a special dance. Tomorrow saturday, the last day before travel day.
DAY 7 SATURDAY 7th OF APRIL 2012
The last day
Then , visited another young center where we can played ping pong , billar, and saw how finland people haved a fun time and another people sleep. Finish that, returned to the campsite.
DAY 8 SATURDAY 8th OF APRIL 2012
We started with a dinamics the last hours in Finland, and sudenly, appears Joulupukki. and give presents for everibody. Only Kimmo can´t saw ....jajjajajaja
Then, the artist of the group playing songs: Kaspery and Siiri and for spain group Maria y Daniel maded cry all the people.
Then, time to say goodbye, more tears in the campsite where we left Kimmo, Sirpa and Sanna K. Sirpa the master, Kimmo the black man and Sanna the best.
Tuula, Sanna and Elisa, we miss you a lot.
And all the youngsters, in september we try to do it as well as you, you are the best.
Finally, arrived to home, the red carpet finish, made in spain is coming.....
